How to request deletion Email fishfactorapp@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include the subject line “Delete my FishFactor account.” We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted Your profile (display name, avatar, home state, unit preference) Your catches, trips, and gear entries Photos you uploaded (catch photos, license photos) Your fishing license details Comments, likes, meetup RSVPs, and direct messages you sent Push notification tokens and preferences Your authentication account (email, sign-in credentials) What may be retained Anonymous, aggregated catch data used for community hotspots and species insights (with no link back to you) Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/tax records from Stripe, retained per applicable law) Abuse/safety records for accounts removed for policy violations Timeline Deletion is typically completed within 7 days and always within 30 days of a verified request. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
